30 Day Flat-Fee Returns

We’re confident you’ll love your new Dutch & Dutch products, however, if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days. A flat EUR 250 restocking fee applies to returns of orders of speakers and/or stands. Other than the restocking fee, we’ll give you a full refund if the item is ‘as new’, meaning undamaged, in the original packaging and with all accessories. Returns, which do not comply with this condition - may not be refunded in full.


Returning Faulty Products 

In the improbable event of encountering damage within the initial 30 days of purchase, rest assured that we've got you covered. Simply return the product, along with its original packaging and all accompanying accessories. You'll then be presented with the choice between a replacement product or a complete refund.

For products exceeding the 30-day threshold, we stand ready to assist you with repairs. Kindly utilize our support request form to report any defects.


How to Return an Order 

To commence the return process, send an email to sales@dutchdutch.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Ensuring careful packaging within the original casing is imperative, along with the inclusion of all accessories to prevent any potential damage during transit.

Following submission, our team will be in touch within 1-2 business days to coordinate a suitable collection schedule. We strongly recommend retaining proof of the return shipment. Upon receipt and examination of your returned items, the refund process will be initiated, with the reimbursed amount reflecting in your account. Please allow for a 14-day processing window from the date of collection for the refund to be finalized.

It's important to note that our General Terms and Conditions are applicable to all delivery-related matters. Furthermore, the 30-day money-back guarantee exclusively pertains to orders placed through dutchdutch.com.

Pre-orders and Tracking

Upon initiating a pre-order for a product, a notification via email will be dispatched to you once your order attains readiness for shipping. Subsequently, a shipping confirmation email will be issued upon the actual shipment of your order.
