Shipping and Handling
We offer world wide free delivery for orders over EUR 1000. We aim to deliver your order within 10 working days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day.
If you were unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer EUR 250 flat restocking fee returns with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Only, if in original packaging, complete and without traces of damage.
- Delivery of in-stock products takes up to 10 working days. 8c's will be delivered on a pallet.
- Deliveries are made by UPS/DHL/Fedex or Neele-Vat.
- Customers are sent a tracking code upon dispatch from our warehouse.
- Our couriers are not able to carry items up the stairs and take rubbish away. This is due to insurance purposes
- Orders with multiple products are usually sent as one package, but may be delivered separately.

When ordering a product on pre-order, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for dispatch. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email when the order is shipped.
You can get updates on your order with the tracking number provided in the dispatch email. Tracking numbers are not provided for small accessories.
