At Dutch & Dutch we have always prided ourselves on our high level of customer care. However, our growing customer base is making it increasingly challenging for our tech team to keep up. As we anticipate continued growth in the future, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Care Manager, to ensure we continue meeting our customers' expectations.

About Dutch & Dutch
We are a Dutch company that focuses on developing and producing high-quality loudspeakers for both domestic and professional use. The sound quality in a room is primarily determined by the interaction between a loudspeaker and the acoustics of the environment. Where most loudspeaker manufacturers mainly focus on the properties of their product, we go one step further. Our loudspeakers are designed to work optimally with the acoustics of the room, resulting in a measurably superior listening experience.

Job description
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You answer questions and ensure that any issues, such as defects, are resolved professionally and expediently. Among other things, that means directing tickets to the right person within our technical team, which consists of software developers, electrical engineers, a product designer and an acoustician. Additionally, you will be responsible for the logistical handling of repairs and replacements of parts.

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer questions and providing solutions for problems such as defects.
  • Collaborating with internal experts in the field of software, electronics, product design and acoustics.
  • Coordinating and following up the logistical processes around repairs and replacements of parts together with our logistics employee.
  • Maintaining an accurate administration and documentation of defects and problems, to support continuous product and service improvement.
  • Continuously striving to improve our processes.
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

What we ask
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
  • Socially skilled and able to work effectively with colleagues.
  • A proactive attitude.
  • A customer-centric mindset.
  • Affinity with audio is a plus.
  • Experience with AFAS software is a plus.
